As a Centre Manager, you will be involved in repairing vehicles and managing the operation in all areas including people, service operations, car count, profit, sales, and administrative duties.
This is a hands-on role; so you will spend time in the service bays with the team, assisting when necessary to ensure a seamless and timely operation is maintained.
You will be willing to lead Technicians OR Senior Service Advisors who can demonstrate the ability to lead in the workshop and hit targets under pressure.
