This role is for 42.5 hours per week, from 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Customer experience is at the core of this role. You will make customers feel welcome by engaging with them and ensuring their overall experience is professional and positive. Responsibilities include greeting visitors and customers, building rapport, and understanding their needs to direct them to the appropriate team (e.g., Sales or Service). You will also offer refreshments, encourage browsing in the showroom, and work closely with marketing standards to ensure the showroom looks its best.
