Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly autonomous General Manager to shape and influence a busy leisure centre in the United Kingdom. You will be fully responsible for delivering budgets, KPIs, and profit across Food, Drink, Amusements and Bowling/Golf, while creating a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for your team and customers.

• Minimum of eighteen months experience as a hands-on General Manager in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• Relentless focus on delivering top operational standards.
• Evidence of optimising sales and performance of a business unit.
• Passion for people with coaching and development experience.

• Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability for fast-paced environments.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.

To be successful you should have:
