Centralised Planner (Fixed Term Contract)

Reporting To: Planning Manager

Description

Please note: this is an 18-month Fixed Term Contract.

The Centralised Planner role is responsible for ensuring service excellence by coordinating the operational and administrative aspects of service delivery to designated clients while meeting agreed-upon performance KPIs, SLAs, and service standards.

What that means day to day
  • Efficiently schedule auditing activities by collaborating with auditors, ROMs, and Enterprise accounts, prioritising cost-effectiveness, auditor well-being, and accuracy
  • Proactively manage client scheduling to minimise travel, optimise audit utilisation, and assign suitable auditors
  • Schedule clients 12 weeks to 12 months in advance based on their category
  • Manage client requirements, including date and personnel changes, cancellations, and general audit rescheduling. Handle invoicing related to client cancellations
  • Onboard new clients and maintain relationships with IAN and Enterprise accounts as assigned
  • Collaborate with colleagues and the broader team to meet client needs and resolve issues
  • Coordinate with the Technical department for necessary technical checks and to address client queries
  • Process client retention and de-registrations as needed
  • Carry out any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by the Head of Strategic Planning
