JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work Maintenance Planner required for an immediate start in Manchester. Our client is looking for a Planner/Scheduler to join the team in Manchester. Training will be provided; prior experience and knowledge of planning are desired.

This role is initially a temp-to-perm position.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Duties related to the planning & coordination of workflow from the Helpdesk
• Prioritising numerous PPMs, monitoring work progress, and communicating delays
• Client call handling and fault creation on the CMMS
• Supporting the CAFM system daily, assisting Team Leaders in planning and reactive maintenance processes
• Monitoring CAFM data (PPM and Reactive works), reporting, and task management

Requirements for the role:

• Planning experience (desirable)
• Proven experience in a similar role
