Job Description:

We are Homz UK, an award-winning, young, dynamic nationwide planning consultancy with a qualified team of architects and town planners.

This is a remote role. The candidate must be self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently as well as within a team to deliver professional advice to our clients. The role is client-facing, so strong communication skills are essential. The candidate will advise clients verbally and complete a planning checklist using a template.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct phone consultations with clients
2. Prepare feasibility reports and studies
3. Write Planning and Design Access Statements
4. Submit planning applications and communicate with the council until a decision is made

Requirements:

• RTPI-certified Town Planner
• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning
• Strong knowledge of land planning principles and practices
• Excellent report writing skills to communicate complex information effectively
• Strong communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and data analysis skills for informed decision-making

The role is home-based with flexible hours, generally from 10:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
