We’re looking for a digitally-savvy, super-organised, proactive person to join our leadership team and make sure the charity has the systems, processes and resources we need for everything to run smoothly, efficiently and effectively.
The Central Services Manager is a new role at the heart of the charity. You will work closely with our Chief Executive Officer and Head of Client Services, line managing our Administration Coordinator. You'll be a digitally confident and an administrative all-rounder, making sure we have all the operating and business systems in place to deliver high-quality services in our regulated sector.

As our new CSM, you will oversee the multi-channel infrastructure that keeps our client services running smoothly including our digital and telephone systems, premises, HR, finance and other key business resources.
You’ll be a digital enthusiast, practical and proactive, capable of ensuring the right operating and business systems are in place and working as they should, and commissioning new systems and resources to meet our needs. Just as importantly, you’ll understand how well-designed processes and reliable resource management are central to staff wellbeing, an inclusive working environment, excellent services for our clients and regulators, and accountability to our trustee board and funders.
