Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a central Plant & Equipment Hire Controller to coordinate the full hire lifecycle across multiple sites. You will manage requests, ordering, delivery, live-hire reviews, extensions, off-hire and returns, ensuring accurate administration and cost control.

With strong organisational skills, you will challenge unnecessary costs, communicate with stakeholders, process quotations and POs, and use hire-management systems to drive efficiencies and value for the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in plant hire control or high-volume, multi-site hire administration.
• Strong organisational skills with multitasking and time management.
• Confident stakeholder communication and cost-challenge abilities.
• Experience with quotations, purchase orders, invoicing and cost tracking.
• Proactive, accountable and service-focused with escalation judgement.
