You will manage client relationships, deliver impartial planning advice, and mentor junior colleagues while coordinating across internal teams to secure successful outcomes.

• Experience delivering planning projects in London.
• Track record in client care and relationships with authorities.
• Experience in securing new business and building networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop impartial professional advice and innovative solutions for clients.
• Prepare planning applications and representations across major schemes.
• Provide planning appraisals and clear strategy to clients and colleagues.
• Promote sites through Local Plan processes and submissions.
• Build commercial relationships and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings and act as day-to-day lead on instructions.
• Identify business development and client care opportunities.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members.
