Job summary

Honeycomb is partnering with an established financial services business to recruit an experienced Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser in Belfast. You will provide compliant mortgage advice and manage applications from enquiry to completion, while benefiting from an established source of customer leads and the independence of self-employment.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification is essential.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage regulation and compliance.
• Experience advising on protection products.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and compliant mortgage advice.
• Manage mortgage applications from enquiry through completion.
• Respond promptly to customer leads and referrals.
• Research the market and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Identify protection and insurance requirements.
• Build relationships with branch colleagues and referral partners.
• Maintain accurate and compliant customer records.
• Manage your pipeline and follow-up activity.
• Generate repeat business and referrals through excellent service.
• Maintain a visible presence within the branch.
