Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Cellular Pathology Consultant (Histopathologist) at Southend University Hospital.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration (or eligible within six months of interview).
• Higher specialist training in Morbid Anatomy, Histopathology and Cytopathology.
• Wide experience in surgical pathology and cytopathology.
• Autopsy work.

Responsibilities

• Provide cellular pathology and non-gynaecology cytology services on a sessional basis.
• Engage in MDT attendance and presentation of cases to support a specialist service.
