Job summary

Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Purchasing/Cellar Supervisor to coordinate and manage a successful cellar operation at 1 Hotel Mayfair in Greater London. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in managing beverage cellars and will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, handling invoices and deliveries, and ensuring compliance with hotel procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year managing the Beverage cellar in Hospitality operations.
• Proven track record of managing internal stocktakes and observation of external audits.
• Experience using a diary management system.
• English Language – Native or Bilingual proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the Purchasing Manager in the procurement process.
• Take charge of the Hotel Cellars and manage budget lines for the cellar.
• Ensure compliance with Starwood Hotels procedures.
• Supervise all internal and external stocktakes and audits.
