Job summary

Prescient Healthcare Group is seeking a Consultant to join the Competitive Strategy Practice in the United Kingdom. You will apply therapeutic, clinical and commercial knowledge to support development and commercialisation strategies across client portfolios, guiding projects from discovery to market considerations.

You will collaborate with Engagement Managers, Directors and a global analysis team to deliver insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience within biopharmaceutical consulting, healthcare strategy or related client-services environment; CI experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in cell therapy, with understanding of therapeutic landscape and trends; autoimmune/AID knowledge preferred.
• Strong results orientation with high-quality deliverables and stakeholder alignment.
• Clear, confident communication with clients and internal teams; able to contribute to strategic discussions with guidance.
• BA/BS required; advanced life science degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: design and execute projects addressing clients’ strategic questions with high-quality outputs.
• Account Support: identify opportunities to add value and strengthen client relationships.
• Business Development Support: assist in proposal development, background research and scoping.
• Project Management: manage workstreams, research, data analysis, and client presentations.
• Client Management: participate in meetings and communicate findings effectively.
• Subject Matter Expertise: share insights and support analysts on scientific and commercial concepts.
• Conference Support: attend conferences to gather insights and synthesize learnings.
• Team Development: mentor junior team members and maintain rigorous, insightful outputs.
