Cambridge Healthcare Research (CHR) is seeking an experienced Consultant to lead client projects, guide consulting teams, and drive business development. You will partner with clients to deliver high-quality insights and strategic decision support across therapy areas.

The role requires an advanced degree with a proven track record in life sciences consulting, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into actionable business strategies.

• Proven ability to lead client projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and strategic problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects and drive delivery to plan while ensuring client value.
• Develop and mentor consulting teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Proactively drive business development and expand engagement with clients.
• Partner with clients to enable strategic decision-making and successful outcomes.
• Represent Solici/CHR externally through thought leadership and events.
