Job summary

Stealth - AI x Bio is seeking a meticulous cell biologist to engineer and bank human cell lines for functional genomics screens in a lab-based setting in London.

You will perform CRISPR edits, generate isogenic pairs, and validate lines with genotyping and QC. The role involves differentiating iPSCs into neurons and other lineages, building a robust cell-bank system, and ensuring traceable records throughout the workflow.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc with hands-on lab experience in cell culture and relevant fields.
• Experience culturing iPSCs or other demanding cell types.
• Practical CRISPR genome editing and clonal line generation with underlying molecular biology.
• Excellent aseptic technique and traceable record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Run core iPSC and cell culture workflows to a consistent standard.
• Engineer lines through editing and into clonal isolation.
• Differentiate iPSCs into neurons and other lineages, validate by imaging.
• Build and manage cell banks with traceable records for downstream use.
• Document protocols to support automation and lab workflows.
