Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team members to realise the cell objectives and production targets.
• Record, monitor and advise on production performance as part of QCD metrics.
• Communicate manufacturing performance issues to the Cell Leader promptly.
• Attend regular team meetings and provide feedback to management.
• Monitor actual performance against standard cycle times.
• Maintain a quality culture and proper paperwork within the Cell.
