Responsibilities

• Lead and coach cell employees on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Monitor and advise on production performance against SQCDP metrics.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Organise training within the cell and contribute to skill development.
• Act as 5S Champion / CI lead and conduct daily stand‑ups.
• Liaise with Operations management and deputise for the Production Manager when needed.
