Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property in Paisley is seeking a Manufacturing Operator I to support the manufacturing of cell culture media and reagents. This 6-month full-time role offers a 3-week rotating shift pattern and full training with PPE provided.

You will work in a controlled environment, adhere to safety protocols, and strive to meet daily production schedules while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: National 5 in Maths and English, or relevant work experience.
• Skills: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Physical: Able to stand for extended periods and handle tactile duties.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing of cell culture media and reagents.
• Safely handle chemicals and materials in cleanroom/graded environments.
• Follow gowning and safety protocols (PPE provided).
• Maintain process efficiency to hit schedule targets.
• Collaborate with team leaders and cross-functional teams to maintain quality.
