Job summary

Adecco is recruiting a Manufacturing Operator I for a 3-month role in Paisley. No prior manufacturing experience is required; full training is provided and an immediate start is available.

You will support day-to-day manufacturing activities, rotate through shifts on a three-week pattern, and help meet production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Salary is £13.79 per hour with a 25% shift allowance, with potential for extension based on performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing activities in line with daily production requirements
• Operate equipment safely and in accordance with standard procedures
• Follow all quality, safety and compliance requirements
• Contribute to achieving production schedules and performance targets
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation
• Work effectively with supervisors, team leaders and colleagues
• Communicate with internal departments regarding quality and service-related matters
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
