Job summary

Urenco at Capenhurst seeks an Engineer (CE&I) to deliver control, electrical and instrumentation engineering for the Chemical Process Operations. You will support plant modifications, asset management and capital projects, acting as Intelligent Customer for external services and guiding operations, maintenance and project teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant discipline or demonstrable experience.
• Incorporated/Chartered engineer status pursued or achieved.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CE&I activities comply with Nuclear Site Licence requirements and procedures.
• Promote safety through design and support inspections and audits.
• Develop CE&I solutions for plant modifications and improvement projects.
• Produce technical specifications, drawings, and design reports.
• Provide technical oversight of installation, testing and commissioning activities.
• Review contractor designs and deliverables.
