Qualifications

• Experience in contract catering, preferably in independent education or high-profile environments.
• Chef de Partie or Sous Chef background.
• Strong teamwork and communication required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Assist with supper services and general food preparation.
• Work occasional weekends according to rota.
• Motivate the team to deliver high standards of food and service.
• Ensure food safety and allergen controls are consistently met.
• Contribute to innovative menu planning.
• Manage mise en place and ensure timely service.
• Support events and school functions.
• Follow and champion allergen controls.
