Job summary

Macdonald & Company is recruiting for an Associate Director to lead and grow the CDM offering across Northern England. You will own key client relationships, lead Principal Designer and CDM advisory services, and play a central role in expanding an established service line in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and beyond.

The role requires strong CDM expertise, chartered status or near, and a proactive approach to winning work, with hybrid working and significant career progression on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Principal Designer and CDM advisory services under CDM 2015.
• Chartered status or close to achieving it is preferred.
• APS membership (CMaPS or equivalent) desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Principal Designer and CDM advisory services.
• Own key client relationships and drive business development.
• Mentor team members and contribute to regional growth across Northern England.
