Job summary

Ingleton Wood is recruiting an experienced CDM Advisor with Principal Designer experience for our Colchester office. You will advise clients and project teams on meeting health and safety duties under CDM 2015 and broader legislation, coordinating risk management and information flows across RIBA stages.

You will lead CDM duties, support business development, and collaborate with internal teams while travelling to projects across the UK as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CDM and health and safety legislation.
• NEBOSH General & Construction qualification.
• Membership with APS and/or IOSH.
• Experience providing CDM Principal Designer services.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and project teams on CDM duties and health & safety requirements.
• Coordinate health and safety across pre-construction and all project stages.
• Prepare and manage project documentation and information flows.
• Lead Principal Designer duties and manage multiple projects.
