Irwin and Colton seeks a CDM Advisor to embed within a major construction project in Chester. You will ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, advise on design, and conduct site audits to promote safety excellence.

The role requires NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or within a team, delivering targeted CDM training and contributing to risk assessments and H&S files.

Formación

• Relevant qualification such as NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary teams and applying health and safety principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and advise on the application of CDM Regulations, ensuring duties are discharged in accordance with the CDM Regulations.
• Perform site audits to monitor CDM compliance during design and construction phases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote best practices and deliver targeted CDM training.
• Support the development and review of risk assessments and H&S files to meet safety standards.
