Job summary

VolkerStevin, part of VolkerWessels UK, is seeking an Information Controller to join the C2V Joint Venture on the United Utilities Framework. Based in Macclesfield, you will manage project information and CDE processes using Asite, supporting document control across the delivery teams.

You will maintain document registers, control revisions and permissions, and train users on information management practices while liaising with engineers, suppliers and clients to ensure secure, accessible

Qualifications

• Experience as Information Controller or Document Controller in construction or engineering.
• Familiar with electronic document management systems and CDEs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and support for project information systems.
• Monitor CDE workflows and ensure timely review and approval of project information.
• Maintain document registers, records and project archives.
• Upload, scan, file and distribute project documentation within Asite.
• Administer user permissions and maintain information security.
