Job summary

Cappagh Browne Utilities Ltd is seeking an experienced CCTV Rig Leader to head on-site installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of CCTV systems across diverse environments. You will manage installation teams, coordinate daily site activities and ensure work meets safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem solving, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading CCTV/telecom teams.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV installation, testing, commissioning, fault-finding.
• Understanding of health and safety and safe systems of work.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation teams on CCTV projects and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate on-site activities and liaise with project managers, clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and maintenance to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork and continuous improvement on site.
