Job summary

Cappagh Browne Utilities Ltd is seeking a CCTV Rig Leader to oversee on-site installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of CCTV systems across diverse environments. You will lead installation teams, coordinate daily site activities, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery on schedule.

The role requires proven leadership in CCTV or related infrastructure, a strong grasp of health and safety practices, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading teams within CCTV/telecommunications or related infrastructure environments.
Strong knowledge of CCTV installation, testing, commissioning and fault-finding.
Good understanding of health and safety requirements and safe systems of work.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and work instructions.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead installation teams in CCTV and related infrastructure projects.
Coordinate daily site activities and allocate tasks to operatives.
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and project specifications.
Oversee installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of CCTV systems.
