The Role

We are seeking a CCTV Operator to join our Central Operations team in Leeds. The role involves monitoring our clubs daily and delivering excellent customer service to members. You will join a experienced team with extensive PureGym knowledge.

This role is crucial for maintaining the safety of our gyms. Please note: shifts will be on a four days on, four days off schedule, covering days (8am – 8pm) and nights (8pm – 8am).

Key Duties

• Understand and comply with CCTV legislation and policies.
• Provide first-class service using PureGym systems while maintaining security and confidentiality.
• Take ownership of inquiries and resolve them efficiently, upholding a positive company image.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and motivate others.
