Job summary

FM Conway is seeking an experienced CCTV Rig Leader to head a two-person crew, performing CCTV drainage surveys and delivering high-quality reports. The role focuses on safe, efficient operations outdoors while coordinating with the Water and Drainage Management team across projects in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have drainage surveying experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily CCTV drainage operations, ensuring surveys are completed safely and efficiently.
• Carry out CCTV surveys of drainage networks, identifying defects, blockages and potential issues.
• Analyse survey findings and produce accurate, high-quality reports in line with client requirements.
• Supervise and support your crew, ensuring work is delivered to the required standards.
• Manage site activities, ensuring all health, safety and environmental procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with supervisors, management teams and clients.
