The role

Location: L3 1BP

Hours: Fixed Rolling roster as per below

4 x 14:30-22:30 followed by 2 rest days,

3 x 07:00-17:00 followed by 2 rest days,

4 x 22:00-07:00 followed by 3 rest days,

3 x 14:30-22:30 followed by 2 rest days,

4 x 07:00-17:00 followed by 2 rest days,

22:00-07:00 followed by 3 rest days

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:

• Covering the Liverpool City watch camera Network and communicate with agencies around the city
• Monitoring City watch camera to identify any issues and coordinate a response, liaising with other agencies including Police and Fire departments
• Working closely with Police you would be proactively monitoring of CCTV in the City for undesirables, such as prolific shoplifters to contribute towards prosecution
• Dispatching Police to any incidents found.

Is this you

• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence
• CCTV License- with proven experience within a control room environment
• 5 years checkable work and address history
• Must have good I.T skills, as will be using Microsoft Office and Outlook, along with specific software relevant to this work
• clear and concise oral communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance
• Friendly, approachable, and always professional
• Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job
• Ideally some experience within a Security environment or a customer facing role
• Able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner
• Some experience working within a Security environment and working as part of a team
• Effective people skills, able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner

Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes.This could include the following: passport, driving licence, utility bill dated in the last 3 months, HMRC letter, original bank statement, original payslip, birth certificate or a valid share code.
