Job summary

The Lanes Group is seeking a CCTV Assistant in Edinburgh to manage an increasing workload across our network. You will join the UK’s largest independent water and wastewater solutions provider, supporting site operations and documentation using tablets in a safety-focused environment.

Key duties include maintaining customer service, adhering to absence procedures, and ensuring compliance with method statements and safe systems of work.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license (Required).
• Banksman.
• Manual Handling.
• Emergency First Aid.
• NRSWA.
• EUSR National Water Hygiene.
• Medium risk confined space.

Responsibilities

• Maintain great customer service and communication.
• Adhere to company absence reporting procedure.
• Updating and completing site documentation using electronic tablet.
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements and safe system of work.
• Report any issues or hazards by following company procedures.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently to assist with various tasks.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Wearing and maintaining in good condition any Personal Protective Equipment.

The Lanes Group is looking for a CCTV Assistant to manage our increased workload to our growing network.

• Location: Edinburgh
• Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
• Salary: £13.00 per hour

About the Role

As a CCTV Assistant, you will:
