Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking a Telephony Configuration Engineer to design, develop and support CCaaS systems that underpin customer and colleague interactions. You will contribute to delivering high-quality customer experiences while enabling smarter, more efficient operations.

The role requires hands-on development in C# and Angular, experience with Azure DevOps, and strong stakeholder engagement. Hybrid working from Peterborough or Lincoln, with salary from £43k, permanent and six-month fixed-term

Qualifications

• Essential experience developing in C# and Angular.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and principles.
• Experience of software development, including Azure DevOps utilisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and issue-resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Work within an Agile DevOps environment to develop, enhance and support our CCaaS eco-system.
• Configure and enhance our Contact Centre as a Service technologies.
• Deliver backlog items and sprint objectives alongside Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, business processes and platform performance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, acting as a key escalation point when required.
• Deliver system upgrades, testing activities and release management processes.
• Work closely with operational teams to understand challenges and deliver technology improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation, optimisation and best practice adoption.
