We have a wonderful opportunity for a CBT therapist to join our friendly, well-established, and experienced therapy team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available as we are expanding our service. We welcome applications from therapists who are suitably qualified and BACP registered, even if they are still working towards their accreditation with BACP or BABCP. Psychologists interested in this role must have HCPC registration.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, flexible, and an excellent team player. Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team are essential. This role offers the unique opportunity to work across multiple service lines while maintaining a manageable caseload tailored to your strengths and areas for growth.
You will work across various services including our private adult acute inpatient ward, NHS partnership ward, and a small caseload of private and corporate outpatients in your specialty area. The role involves delivering a mix of group therapy and 1:1 sessions.
Common mental health conditions encountered include depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and ADHD. There are opportunities to learn and develop in areas such as psychosis and other acute conditions. If interested, you may also work alongside our addictions department.
You will be responsible for formulating treatment plans and familiar with outcome measures. Knowledge of at least one other therapy modality is desirable; experience with DBT, EMDR, or ADOS would be beneficial, with training provided through our CPD program.
Due to sponsorship limits, we are currently unable to offer sponsorship to new candidates for these roles, but this is under review.
We provide expert treatment for Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Addiction services. Our multidisciplinary team delivers personalized treatment programs using a wide range of therapies.
