Job summary

Gordon Moody Association is seeking a CBT EMDR Therapist to deliver structured CBT interventions and EMDR within residential and remote treatment programmes in Redditch. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to support long-term recovery and wellbeing, delivering both individual and group therapies and maintaining high-standard clinical records.

The role requires BABCP accreditation or progress toward it, plus a postgraduate CBT qualification and professional registration.

Qualifications

• Essential: BABCP-accredited CBT Therapist or working towards accreditation.
• Essential: Postgraduate qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or equivalent.
• Essential: Relevant professional registration (e.g. psychology, nursing, social work, counselling).

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist psychological assessment and CBT treatment for gambling-related harms.
• Deliver CBT interventions in individual and group settings, including risk management planning.
• Collaborate within MDT to deliver trauma-informed care and recovery support.
• Maintain confidential clinical records in line with GDPR and governance.
• Support service users with co-occurring mental health needs and relapse prevention.
