LinkLiving Limited is seeking a compassionate, proactive individual to provide stress support to carers of people on the autistic spectrum, using a CBT-based approach. You will build respectful relationships with service users and signpost to relevant agencies as needed.

You will work within the Self Help Team at West Bridge Mill, Kirkcaldy, and travel to community sites across Fife to meet service users, supporting them in a person-centred, empowering way.

Competenze

• Compassionate and proactive individual
• Experience building respectful, empowering relationships
• Familiar with self-help resources for carers of autistic spectrum individuals

Mansioni

• Provide stress support to carers of individuals with autism or additional needs using CBT-based approaches.
• Develop and maintain respectful, empowering relationships with service users and external agencies.
• Travel to various community sites in Fife to meet with service users as required.
