LinkLiving Limited is seeking a Self Help Coach (Carers Service) based in Kirkcaldy with travel across Fife. The role is part-time (18 hours/week) and focuses on providing stress support to carers using CBT-inspired methods, developing supportive relationships, and signposting to relevant services.

Responsibilities

• Provide stress support to parents, family members or carers using a CBT-based approach.
• Develop and maintain respectful and empowering relationships with service users.
• Travel to community sites across Fife as required for appointments.
