Job summary

St Francis Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic practising Catholic, or someone sympathetic to the Catholic ethos, to the post of Phase Leader (AHT) from 1st January 2027. The school is a thriving two form entry primary community where every individual is valued and encouraged to excel in a climate of morality and fairness.

The successful candidate will be a leader with a clear vision for Catholic education, work with the Head Teacher and Deputy Head to drive

Qualifications

• Be a practicing Catholic or sympathetic to, and supportive of the Catholic ethos.
• Be a role model with a clear vision for Catholic education.
• Work with the Head Teacher, Deputy Head and other Phase Leaders to take a key role in the Leadership and Management of the school.
• Strive to maintain and further enrich teaching and learning within the school.
• Be an exemplary teacher with leadership and management capabilities.
