Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a Relief Chef/Catering Manager to cover for the Bradgate Education Partnership Trust, supporting our existing site-based teams. This is a mobile-based role requiring your own transport.

Role involves 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday, term-time only, at a rate of £15.00 per hour. It is a permanent position with responsibilities across food preparation, safety compliance and team supervision.

• Must have previous experience managing in the catering business.

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• Ensure locations meet Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental requirements.
• Maintain Caterlink's reputation for excellent food and service and exceed client expectations.

We are hiring for a ReliefChef/Catering Manager to provide cover in the Bradgate Education Partnership Trustto support our existing site-based teams

This role will be a mobile-based role so you will therefore need to have your own transport.

The role:

• 30hours per week working Monday – Friday term- time only
• Rate of Pay £15.00per hour
• permanent role

Your key responsibilities will include:

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that our locations meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures
• To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded
• To support with the day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans /Training
