Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a ReliefChef/Catering Manager to provide cover in the Bradgate Education Partnership Trust and support our site-based teams. This mobile role requires you to have your own transport. The position is 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday, term-time only, at £15.00 per hour.

It is a permanent role with growth opportunities within Caterlink. Your duties include preparing, cooking and presenting meals to required standards, ensuring health and safety and food safety compliance, and

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.
• To ensure that our locations meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures.
• To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded.
• To support with the day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans /Training.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
