Job summary

Caterlink Ltd. is seeking a Chef to provide cover in the Surrey area (Guildford and Surrounding area).

This term-time only role has no weekend work and offers 27.5 hours per week across 38 weeks per year, with a blended learning programme including apprenticeships and on‑the‑job training. You will prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards, follow Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures, and support day-to-day site operations including inventories and budgets.

We are hiring for a Chef to provide cover in the Surrey area (Guildford and Surrounding area) to support our existing site-based teams. This role is working term-time only and no weekends so is great for those looking for flexibility.,

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed and all mandatory paperwork is completed accurately and with integrity
• To ensure that the company's reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded.
• To support with the day-to-day running of the location including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
