Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a Relief Mobile Chef/Catering Manager to cover sites in the Winchester/Basingstoke area. The role is term-time only with no weekends and requires you to have your own transport as it is mobile across locations.

You will work 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, across 38 weeks per year, at £14.00 per hour. The position involves supporting site teams, ensuring food safety and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that our locations meet statutory and company Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental requirements
• To ensure the company's reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are exceeded
• To support day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams including inventories, budgets and action plans

Job Description

We are hiring for a ReliefMobile Chef/Catering Manager to provide cover in the area of Winchester Basingstoke ALtonto support our existing site-based teams This role is working term-time only and no weekends so is great for those looking for flexibility.

This role will be a mobile-based role so you will therefore need to have your own transport.

The role:

• £14.00per hour
• 27.5hours per week working Monday – Friday
• Term-time only – working 38weeks per year

Your key responsibilities will include:

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that our locations meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures
• To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded
• To support with the day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
