Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to cover sites in the Dorking and Guildford area. This mobile role requires you to provide cover for term-time only work, Monday to Friday, with 27.5 hours per week and no weekend shifts.

You must have your own transport. The role includes preparing, cooking, and presenting food to Caterlink and client standards, ensuring health and safety compliance, and supporting location operations including supervising teams and budgets.

Job Description

We are hiring for a Relief ChefManager to provide cover in the area of Dorking and Guildfordto support our existing site-based teams This role is working term-time only and no weekends so is great for those looking for flexibility.

This role will be a mobile-based role so you will therefore need to have your own transport.

The role:

• £15.60per hour
• 27.5hours per week working Monday - Friday
• Term-time only - working 38weeks per year

Your key responsibilities will include:

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that our locations meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures
• To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded
• To support with the day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
