Job summary

Caterlink, the education sector catering specialist, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of primary, secondary schools and colleges in the UK. The role is Monday–Friday, 52 weeks, with a strong emphasis on leadership, client relationships and operational excellence.

You will drive KPI performance across health and safety, quality and finance, develop your teams, and roll up your sleeves to support site operations when needed.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage a group of schools, which will be a mix of primary schools, secondary schools and colleges. Previous catering and operational management experience is essential. This is a 52‑week role working Monday – Friday.

Being commercially astute is also essential for this role and in addition to this you will need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up and help the teams when you need to.
