Job summary

Caterlink seeks an Area Chef Manager to lead catering operations across BEBCMAT Trust schools. The role covers a 40-week term-time schedule (Mon–Fri, Plus 2 non-term weeks). You will manage site teams, develop client relationships, and drive Health & Safety,Retention, Quality and Finance KPIs.

DBS disclosure will be required. Salary is dependent on experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, commercial acumen and a hands-on approach to support our teams and ensure

Caterlink is the education sector catering specialist. For over 20 years, the Company has delivered fresh food solutions to pupils and staff at Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Colleges across the UK. The company caters more than 1,000,000 meals a week. We are looking for an experienced Area Chef Manager to manage a group of schools within the BEBCMAT Trust. Previous catering and operational management experience is essential. This is a 40-week role working Monday – Friday (term time plus 2).
