Job summary

Caterlink Ltd. is seeking an experienced Area Chef Manager to oversee a portfolio of schools within BEBCMAT Trust. You will lead and develop kitchen teams, ensure high standards of quality and service, and manage operations across multiple sites on a 40-week term-time schedule.

You will be commercially minded, build strong client relationships, monitor KPIs such as health and safety, retention, and finance, and be prepared to support teams hands-on when needed. DBS checked is required.

We are looking for an experienced Area Chef Manager to manage a group of schools within the BEBCMAT Trust. Previous catering and operational management experience is essential. This is a 40-week role working Monday - Friday (term time plus 2).
