Job Description:

1. Plan, prepare, and cook nutritionally balanced and tasty meals to the required standard.
2. Organise and control the operation of the kitchen, ensuring food quality, presentation, and service meet standards.
3. Produce menus and manage stock levels, including ordering processes.
4. Maintain high standards of food safety and health and safety procedures at all times.
5. Enhance the company’s reputation for excellent food and service with clients and customers.
6. Carry out company bookwork as required.
7. Support the company's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults, including obtaining an enhanced DBS disclosure.
8. Contribute to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where every individual is treated with respect and fairness.
