Location: Southwest London. Pay: Up to £20,000 annually. Workdays: 5 days per week. Start date: ASAP. Interview: Asap.

• Experience as a Catering Technician, ideally in an education environment.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and in a small team.
• Tidy and able to organise and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support Technician, Chef-Lecturers and Practical Instructors with preparation and maintenance for demonstrations and cookery sessions.
• Adhere to department cleaning protocols and health & hygiene processes.
• Taking receipt of deliveries.
• Support teaching team during service in the restaurant on occasional evenings.
• May supervise and support work experience students.
