Job summary

Lancashire County Council is seeking an experienced catering leader to run a high-quality operation at County Hall, Preston. The role blends hands-on catering with people leadership, developing staff and driving service excellence to create consistently outstanding customer experiences.

You will work closely with the Catering Operations Team Leader and may deputise as needed, shaping food offerings and the overall customer journey in a busy, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, food preparation and service delivery.

• Confidence in stepping up to lead operations in the absence of senior management.
