Job summary

Lancashire County Council is seeking a part-time Catering Supervisor to support a residential care kitchen in Adlington, Chorley. You will prepare menus, manage portions, and provide enhanced meals for weekends, ensuring high hygiene and health and safety standards in a busy kitchen.

You will supervise kitchen staff, handle stock control and ordering, and maintain accurate records. Experience with large-scale catering, food costing, and knowledge of specialised diets will be advantageous.
