Job summary

TJ Morris Limited trading as Home Bargains in Warrington (Omega DC) is seeking a Catering Team Leader to oversee daily operations, lead the catering team and ensure high-quality food and service for colleagues and visitors.

This full-time role offers 32 hours weekly over 5 days, £14/hour, pension, generous leave, 10% store discount and access to MyHB benefits platform. The position requires Level 2 hygiene and Level 3 food safety qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a catering or hospitality team.
• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced catering environments.
• Must hold Level 2 hygiene and Level 3 food safety qualifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to make quick decisions.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the catering team to deliver high-quality food and service.
• Oversee daily operations and food preparation.
• Ensure compliance with COSHH, food safety standards and Natasha’s Law.
• Manage cash and stock and maintain hygiene.
• Support team development and collaboration.
• Maintain records and complete administration.
